I found this program extremely useful as I learned about my body type and the foods that aligned with my metabolism; I feel so much better when eating those foods! I loved learning how to “healthify” recipes and am more excited about cooking as I learn new and adapt old recipes.
Aileen is an expert in the field, which is evident in her teaching, in her knowledge about Sensitives, her sharing of recipes, and her personal journey. She has a holistic approach to her program. She is open, warm, supportive, and encouraging to those in her program, with a wonderful sense of humor.
I highly recommend this self-paced program.
